We have a variety of commercial models in which we can provide sales services in the UK and Europe for your organisation. For organisations outside of the UK our sales services enable: (i)
Incubator model: Jana Technology Services provides
an entry point to gain traction and introduce a product into
a
new region.
(ii) Expansion: Jana Technology Services provides a low cost entry point to 'test the waters' of selling a product into a new region and to increase international revenues / Accounts and awareness before setting up an EMEA team and headquarters. We have worked with several well known companies prior the launch of their own UK or EMEA office. For companies in the UK and Ireland our sales serices are a flexible mechanism to supplement their own internal sales teams. Our sales pricing models are flexible to suit your business: - Retainer only: entitles you to a number of fixed days per month. - Fixed day rate, no commission. - Fixed day rate, negotiable commission. - Per project rate. Please
note that we very rarely do commission only work. It would
have
to be either an exceptional product or exceptional circumstances for us
to consider this.
Our sales personnel are experienced with a variety of CRM software, including Salesforce.com, SugaCRM, Microsoft CRM, Upshot, Siebel CRM and we can either work directly with you CRM system or provide you access to our CRM System for sales details. We can also provide sales details to you in a variety of formats for input into your internal systems. Management:
Many technology companies have accounts in the UK and EMEA
that
need a combination of technical and business account management. It can
be costly and prohibitive to have to fly business and technical
personel to UK or EMEA to service such accounts. Jana is able
to
represent your company at these accounts. In many cases our
sales
and technical people go into the account under the banner of our client
rather than Jana Technology Services. This is available as a
stand alone service or as part of our sales services above.
Sales Training: We have highly focused sales training sessions, based on our sales process which is a derivation of Target Account Selling and Solution Selling. These sessions are structure to be two half day sessions or one day session and include roleplay. Channel / Partner / Affiliate Management: This encompasses both web and direct touch channels. We provide and specialise in SEO and SEM management services. We also provide channel partner management and specialise in affiliate sales and marketing. As for all of our services we have Spanish, Italian, French speaking resource, that is especially applicable to Channels. |
